About Us
It all started in 2015 when our founder Bob Burtman discovered maple trees on the land of his daughter, Heather, and son-in-law, Webley. Having never made maple syrup before we gave it a go and thus, HWB was formed. Since then, we've kept it to fairly small batches which gives our syrup and nice robust and smoky flavor. At all events we attend we aim to connect with our customers from the beginners to the connoisseurs. Throughout the production season and the selling season, we aim to bring glory to God, after all, He did create the maple trees we so greatly appreciate.
